November’s been a tough month for us here at Resilience. Rarely is E-Sports without its struggles or fierce competition, but in terms of results? Not bad at all. Let’s recap, shall we?
NOVEMBER 5TH
We took Rocket League by storm! Both of our teams, National AND Open secured a win. 4-2 for nationals, and 4-3 for opens. Incredible job! Better watch out, because our Rocket League team isn’t done yet, as you’ll see further in the post!
Unfortunately, our Overwatch teams, Marvel Rivals team and our Valorant team didn’t win, but that isn’t to say they didn’t give a good fight! Never go down easy, stay resilient!
NOVEMBER 12TH
Second week into November, and once again, our Rocket League national team sweep the competition for a victory! Not only that, but they went 4-0! True powerhouses of the field! Giving their opponents a worthy challenge, and not giving an inch! Our Rocket League open team went unopposed with their opposition having to forfeit, but there’s no doubt the clash would’ve been just as remarkable!
Overwatch also did well! Our open team scored a flawless 3-0 victory! No doubt about it, we were simply just getting started. Our nationals team unfortunately didn’t win again, but we’re not out of it yet…
Our Valorant and Marvel Rivals team also didn’t win, but sometimes things just don’t play out in your favour. Don’t take your eyes off them just yet, you might be their next target!
NOVEMBER 19TH
This week was when our teams clocked in, and locked in. Only one loss. Our Rocket League nationals team put up a good fight, scoring what goals they could, and blocking shots with all they’ve got. Unfortunately, their opponents came out on top, ending their win streak. It had to come to an end eventually, but that just means we can start it up again! Rocket League opens didn’t get to play, after the Rocket League servers went down, and some complications.
Resilience’s Valorant team zoned in, and secured an incredible victory! It wasn’t without it’s close calls and stress, but when it came down to it, our team emerged as the victor. Well done to them, and looking forward to their next match!
Both of our Overwatch teams crushed their games, and surprisingly both walking out with a 3-1 result! Excellent work! Neither of our teams will fall so easily, you have to give it all you’ve got to knock them down!
And Marvel Rivals secured their first victory! This marks the first victory for Resilience in Marvel Rivals, and to top it off, it was a flawless 2-0! Sensational work, hopefully there’ll be many more victories to come!
As I’m writing this now, it’s 30 minutes until game time for the next round of battles on the 26th. Our teams are fired up, so watch out!
